The California Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file a Statement of Information within 90 days of the filing of the original Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization. The Statement of Information must be filed biennially thereafter during the applicable filing period.

The Statement of Information must be filed 90 days after the initial filing date and biennially thereafter.

California ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Statement of Information by the due date will result in the assessment of a $250.00 penalty.
